This is a streamlined online registration platform designed to simplify and modernise how dance studios, competitors, and event administrators submit and manage entries for A-Arts dance competitions and festivals. It replaces manual PDF and paper-based entry forms with a secure, web-based portal where studios can register, log in, create entries, and manage submissions for dance events.

Other Assistance
- Sound, Lights & Tech staff: We have professional technical team in sound and lights that can co-ordinate your festival/competition and IT personal on site to help manage the online judging system, live schedule and running order of your festival/competition.
- Videos and Photos: Our extensive team can assist in photos and videos of each individual item as well as live photos of the dancers on stage while performing.

Cost Estimate
- Step 1: Meeting with the client to discuss his/her needs.
- Step 2: License fee of R16 000 once off for the first year. If the client would like to renew the license after the first year and make use of our services in the future, the license fee is R12 000.

- Style description, status, sections (Excel)
- Competition Entry Fees
- Banking Details
- Basic maintenance of the above
- Login details and competition/festival link
Any extra features will be billed hourly, depending on the spec(s) of the feature.
Both parties must sign a License Agreement.
